I am pleased to inform you that the scientific review committee would like to invite you to present a poster on 5 June 2009.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

GENERAL INFORMATION

􀁺 To view the assigned date of your poster presentation, please check the detailed

    presentation schedule at the “Speaker’s Corner” of the Forum Website

􀁺 Time of Poster Sessions: will be held during tea receptions and lunch break —

􀂗 10:30 – 11:00, 12:00 – 13:30 and 15:00 – 15:30 hrs. on 5 June;

􀂗 10:00 – 10:30, 12:30 – 14:00 and 15:00 – 15:30 hrs. on 6 June

(Note: Please be at your poster during the session.)

SPEAKER’S CORNER OF FORUM WEBSITE

􀁺 You may get the most updated information (e.g. detailed presentation schedule etc.) for

presenters by clicking into the “Speaker’s Corner” of the Forum Website:

SET UP & DISMANTLE ARRANGEMENT

􀁺 Please set up your poster during 08:00 – 09:00 hrs on the day you are assigned.

􀁺 Please place your poster on the board which you are assigned. A list of posters with the

board number will be posted in front of the Forum area.

􀁺 The poster should be mounted on the poster board using tape. Tape will be provided to you

on site.

􀁺 The poster should be taken down during 17:10 – 17:40 hrs on that day. All posters left

behind will be removed. The organizer will not be responsible for posters that are left up

after this time.

FORMAT OF POSTER

􀁺 Posters should succinctly display the Objective, Design, Materials and Methods, Results

and Conclusion.

􀁺 Lettering should be large enough to be viewed from 4 feet away.

􀁺 The size of a poster display board is 1 meter in width and 2 meters in length ( 1m x 2m ).

Please do not exceed this space for your poster size.

􀁺 The audio-visual equipment will not be allowed for poster presentations.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

14 April, 2009 – Registration

􀁺 All presenters are required to register. Please do online registration no later than 14 April,2009.

􀂗 Go to Forum website  and click into “Registration” button to  register.

􀂗 All presenters are required to make the Full Registration or Group Registration.

􀂗 Fill out the online registration form.
